We offer FREE same-day delivery to the following Southampton postcodes:

SO14, SO15, SO16, SO17, SO18, SO19, SO30, SO50

Available Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Order Cut-Off: Before 17:00
Delivery Window: Up to 21:00
Minimum Spend: £50

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

 

🏬 Free Click & Collect – Woolston Store

FREE collection from our Woolston store during opening hours.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready.
Valid photo ID and order confirmation may be required upon collection.

Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion.

 

📦 UK Shipping Services

Standard UK Delivery – £5.05

All UK standard deliveries are:

  • Fully Tracked
  • Signed For where applicable
  • Securely packaged

Delivery services are provided via:

  • Royal Mail
  • InPost (Locker-to-Home & Secure Parcel Locker options)

We strongly recommend selecting a parcel locker service if you know you may not be available to accept delivery.

If you are not going to be home, it is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Re-book the delivery directly with the courier, or
  • Select a safe and secure alternative delivery option.

Free UK Delivery

InPost (Locker-to-Home & Secure Parcel Locker options) on orders £100 and over.

UK Mainland Next Day Delivery – £12.00

Order before 11:30am for next working day tracked delivery.

Next day delivery applies to UK mainland only and excludes unforeseen courier delays.

 

📮 Delivery Responsibility & Proof of Delivery

Once an order has been dispatched:

  • The customer will receive tracking details.
  • Delivery confirmation, GPS confirmation, photographic evidence, or signature confirmation provided by the courier will be accepted as valid proof of delivery.

We are not responsible for parcels delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is delivered to:

  • The correct address provided at checkout, and
  • Confirmed by courier tracking,

It will be considered successfully delivered.

 

🔎 Lost Parcels & Delivery Investigations

In the rare event of a missing parcel:

  • An investigation will be opened with the courier.
  • Courier investigations can take 30 days or more to complete.

No refund or replacement will be issued until the courier investigation has fully concluded.

We are unable to expedite courier investigation timeframes.

If the courier confirms delivery with proof, we reserve the right to decline a claim.

 

📦 Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted and missed:

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery or collection.

Parcels returned to us due to non-collection or repeated failed delivery attempts may be subject to a re-delivery charge.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

 

🌍 International Shipping

International delivery is available.

Customers must contact us prior to ordering for an accurate shipping quote.

Value Shoe Box is not responsible for customs delays, import duties, or local taxes.

 International Postage, Import Charges, and Taxes

For all orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, the buyer is solely responsible for any import duties, customs charges, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the relevant customs authorities and are beyond our control.

By placing an order for delivery outside of the UK, the buyer agrees to accept full responsibility for any such charges and to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in their country.

To protect our business from fraudulent claims:

  • All orders are tracked.
  • High-value orders may require additional verification.
  • We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we believe to be high risk.

False “item not received” claims where valid proof of delivery exists will be disputed with evidence provided by the courier.
